We have been extraordinary please with all three of the projects that you completed for us. The first, a 1500 square foot addition to our 1960's ranch home on Bird Key. The third, a renovation of a Towles Court cottage into a corporate workspace. The first two projects required sensitivity to an existing structure and neighbors, diplomacy with not only the City of Sarasota but also a homeowner's association, and consideration of a budget. And to make things a little more interesting, we lived in the Bird Key house during the entire renovation! The third project, renovating Steve's office space to include a conference room and kitchen, was completed with both a tight time frame and budget. We have found your work, and that of your subcontractors to be of the highest quality. And when there was any issue, your response was timely and complete. In addition to the work that we planned, you were always open and available to go above and beyond along the way - helping to hang mirrors, moving furniture, and picking up our TV for us at Best Buy in your truck.
